The models below all include CSA Intrinsically Safe Ratings.  The model NSF 575 is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: Drinking Water System Components Certification. This approval is critical in water treatment systems to protect the health of their customers.

    575 and 575P Submersible Level Transmitters

    The Model 575 Series Submersible Level Transmitter has Intrinsically Safe approvals for water and wastewater level measurement in industrial and municipal facilities. This design has been on the market for over 20 years and provides reliable level monitoring for water and chemical tanks, reservoirs, wet wells, ponds, submersible pumps, and many other applications needing level measurement. The Model 575 measures hydrostatic level from 0 to 3 psi (0 to 7 feet) up to 0 to 300 psi (0 to 690 feet), in a rugged 316 stainless steel housing and diaphragm. It is available in the standard Snub-Nose version and a protected flush cage (575P) for sewage applications. The Model 575P comes with a Hastelloy C diaphragm for added durability. Standard output is 4-20 mA.

    675 Shark Cage Submersible Level Transmitters

    AMETEK’s Model 675 Shark Cage Submersible Hydrostatic Level Transmitter has a non-fouling design for agitated liquid in lift stations, process sludge tanks, process sumps, or any application with slurry or highly viscous media. The Model 675 measures hydrostatic pressure with a 3.5-inch diameter 316 stainless steel diaphragm with a protective Shark Cage to reduce clogging and prevent damage. The 675 have +/- 0.25% full scale BFSL accuracy.
